Jordan J. Frasier

jordanfrasierJordan is currently the Assistant Producer for NBC’s Meet the Press in Washington D.C.  He is a journalist and media enthusiast with a passion for sharing information and perpetuating conversation especially rooted in political news.

At Meet the Press, Jordan is involved in all aspects of the world’s longest running television program — from booking guests to interview preparation and research to production editing and control room producing.  Jordan is also the managing internship coordinator.

His passion for news has never gone away – and in fact has only flourished over time.  Jordan got his start by reporting for his own website,  From there he gained extensive experience in student media as editor-in-chief of The Independent and as an editor for  He was also a contributor to NextGen Journal where he wrote primarily about politics and presidential issues. Jordan also worked as part of the inaugural class of USA TODAY Collegiate Correspondents, selected as one of fourteen correspondents out of nearly 1,000 of the nation’s top journalism students.  He also held a longterm internship with NBC News in Washington.

Jordan is passionate about journalism because he believes in the power of stories and information, but more than that, he just has fun doing it!  Jordan has interviewed everyone from politicians to a lady who bakes a mean gooseberry pie.  He has reported on election nights and campaign events from coast to coast and has even filed reports from The White House.
